Dr. Steven Stratemeyer has been a local veterinarian for over twenty years.  He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Cincinnati. He then went on to attend the College of Veterinary Medicine at Ohio State University. 

He is also a graduate of the North American Veterinary Post Graduate Conference, where he studied advanced courses in Applied Animal Behavior. Dr. Stratemeyer provides behavioral consultations in the office or in your own home. He is also a charter member of The Association of Pet Dog Trainers and provides training classes for puppies and adult dogs. If your animal is having behavioral difficulties he is the man for you.

Dr. Stratemeyer's love for animals continues outside the hospital. He enjoys riding and training his five horses.  He also has four dogs, Broon, Parker, Toast, and Wolfie, in addition to several cats, Grey Kitty, Monk, O'sage, O.T., Stars, Stripes, etc.

Valerie is our registered technician. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2002 with a Bachelor Degree in Biology. She then went on to continue her education at the University of Cincinnati Raymond Walters College where she graduated in 2005 with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Veterinary Technology. Valerie has been employed at Evendale-Blue Ash Pet Hospital since September of 2003 and loves working with the staff and clients. She is an amazing technician who has a special way with all the animals she cares for. Valerie's special dog is a rescued beagle mix named Ralph.

Sarah Reckers has been with us for about a year now and has been an asset to our clinic. She is part time veterinary assistant and enjoys all aspects of the job. She is very friendly and is always helpful to the clients and their pets. We love having Sarah as part of our team!
