Practice Manager

Jen Menninger
Practice Manager

Jen joined the EBAPH family in 2019 as Dr. Goodman’s Practice Manager.  She has been a Registered Veterinary Technician since 2008.  She spent a few years in a small animal general practice before joining the internal medicine department at a 24-hour emergency hospital where she worked for 8 years.  During that time, she spent 5 years as the department supervisor and went on to pass the board exam and become a Veterinary Technician Specialist in Small Animal Internal Medicine.  Jen is excited to combine her passion of medicine and love for helping people into Dr. Goodman’s co-captain for EBAPH.

Registered Veterinary Technician, Olivia Bell, is a Cincinnati native who recently moved back after spending 3 years in San Diego working at an emergency and specialty center. While in San Diego, she completed the veterinary technician program at Pima Medical Institute. She always knew she wanted a career working with animals and she’s proud to have made that dream become reality. Small animal medicine has been her main focus and area of interest, but she also enjoys expanding her knowledge to exotic animals.

She and her yorkie mix, Edison, share her family’s home with her parents dogs, Coco and Bobby. She also has a 21 year old ball python named Jack.

Johnnie Taulbee
Registered Veterinary Technician

Johnnie knew she wanted to work with animals from the time she was a child. The fact that she stuck with that dream and graduated from the University of Cincinnati Blue Ash in 2016 is something she’s justifiably proud of.

Johnnie loves everything about her work – from looking after hospitalized patients to working with clients and even checking emails. She feels that every facet of her job has something different to offer or teach her, so she’s always excited to start each day.

In her free time, Johnnie enjoys reading, playing video games, and creative writing. She also loves watching anime, attending anime conventions, and cosplaying – dressing up as her favorite anime character. She has a close extended family and shares her home with her Mom, and two cats, Simon Sebastian and Luna “Pookie.”

Abigail Reed
Veterinary Assistant

Abby Reed joined the Evendale-Blue Ash staff as a veterinary assistant.  In 2020 she completed her degree in Veterinary Technology at U.C. Blue Ash and passed her boards to become a Registered Veterinary Technician.

What Abby loves most is that her job doesn’t feel like a job and allows her the opportunity to further her education while working. She has always felt a strong connection with animals and loves being able to help when they’re in need.

Abby is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force and shares her family’s home with two dogs, Duckie Douglas and Skoobie, and a black cat named Zezabelle.
