To help us get to know your pet better and make your visit as smooth as possible, please complete our New Client/New Patient Form before your appointment. This will help us prepare in advance so we can give your pet the care it deserves.

What To Expect At Your First Visit

We aim to make your first and every visit to EBAPH a great one. Here's what to expect:

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by one of our "paws-itively" awesome Customer Service Representatives who will check you in.
Once in the exam room, a member of our support staff will gather some information about your pet before your veterinarian provides a compassionate and thorough examination.
We will discuss recommendations, and we are always happy to provide treatment plans so that the cost is not a surprise.
Before leaving, you will receive a Welcome Bag full of important information and free swag!
